I am a woman shaped by many seasons of rebuilding, each one met again and again with strategy, intention, and integrity.
I have navigated obesity, Hashimoto’s, and the kind of chronic inflammation and exhaustion that quietly erodes vitality and self-trust. My healing unfolded through a disciplined integration of Ayurveda, yoga, GLP-1 support, trauma-informed therapy, and nervous system regulation. This work restored balance and vitality after years shaped by stress, grief, and quiet depletion.
Life did not pause while I healed.
I rebuilt after the loss of my home.
I stepped into caregiving during crisis.
I supported my children through their own healing journeys.
I endured medical interventions that required both strength and surrender.
And I reclaimed myself after betrayal and emotional harm.
Through each season, different supports met me where I was.
Yoga returned my breath.
Ayurveda taught balance and self-trust.
Modern medicine restored rhythm.
Therapy helped me reclaim my voice.
Alongside this personal work, my corporate career sharpened my ability to recognize patterns, assess systems, and create change that lasts. It strengthened my capacity to remain grounded under pressure and to translate complexity into clarity.
From this integration, Beacon Holistic Haven was born. Not as a brand, but as a reflection of who I became. A beacon is not loud. It is steady. It does not chase. It stands, shines, and guides.
I am analytical by nature and intuitive by lived experience.
I read data and energy with equal fluency.
I believe healing deserves both structure and soul.
Today, I help others examine the data of their lives, bring steadiness to what has felt unsettled, and rebuild themselves with clarity, compassion, and intention. Not because transformation is fashionable, but because it is possible when approached with honesty, intelligence, and care.
Beacon exists for those ready to return to themselves stronger, clearer, and deeply aligned.
