Become your own beacon…
Rebecca Jones brings together more than 15 years of corporate experience, a longstanding personal relationship with holistic well-being, and an embodied approach to mindful living. As a corporate analyst, Quality of Life Strategist, and yoga teacher, her perspective lives at the intersection of structure and spirituality, data and embodiment, thoughtful analysis and lived experience.
Her professional career has spanned quality assurance, process improvement, customer experience, operational analysis, and associate well-being. Across each of these disciplines, Rebecca developed a deep understanding of how systems function, how patterns influence outcomes, and how greater clarity can create opportunities for meaningful, sustainable change.
Her perspective extends well beyond the corporate world. Through many seasons of rebuilding and reclaiming her own life, Rebecca cultivated a more intentional relationship with well-being through yoga, Ayurveda, nervous system awareness, therapy, modern medicine, and mindful lifestyle practices. Rather than viewing these experiences as separate from her analytical nature, she came to recognize the value each offered as a different way of paying attention to the whole.
That integration became the foundation of Beacon Holistic Haven.
Through Beacon, Rebecca offers non-clinical coaching, Quality of Life Analysis, yoga, sound-based experiences, retreats, and experiential wellness practices designed to support self-awareness, reflection, embodied connection, and intentional living. Her Quality of Life approach invites people to examine the “data of their lives,” recognize patterns, explore what may feel disconnected or out of alignment, and make more intentional choices about how they want to live.
At the heart of Rebecca’s work is a belief that has been shaped by both professional insight and lived experience: meaningful change does not always require becoming someone new. Sometimes it begins with understanding yourself more deeply, reconnecting with what matters, and reclaiming the parts of yourself that became quiet along the way.
Her work is an invitation to return to yourself with greater clarity, intention, and self-trust.

WHAT PEOPLE ARE SAYING
“Rebecca is not only an incredible teacher, but a truly wonderful human. She's a natural leader and has such a gift for holding space in a way that feels grounded, intentional, and deeply supportive. Throughout her class, she gently guided me out of my busy mind and back into connection with my body. You can feel her care and authenticity in every part of the experience. The sound bath at the end was absolutely beautiful and such a calming, healing close. I left feeling more present, relaxed, and connected. I can't recommend her enough!”
Nice to meet you. I’m Rebecca.
I am a woman shaped by many seasons of rebuilding, each one met again and again with strategy, intention, and integrity. Life did not pause while I healed. Today, I help others examine the data of their lives, bring steadiness to what has felt unsettled, and rebuild themselves with clarity, compassion, and intention.

Not at all. Everything offered through Beacon is designed to be approachable, supportive, and adaptable to all levels.
This is not about doing things perfectly, it’s about learning how to listen to yourself.
My personalized approach to yoga meets you where you are physically, mentally, and energetically.
While I often guide slow, grounding flows designed to support nervous system regulation, sessions can also be adapted to include more dynamic movement, including vinyasa, when your body is calling for strength, energy, or release.
You can expect:
Thoughtful, intentional movement tailored to your needs
Options ranging from slow flow and restorative to more active, strength-based sequences
Breathwork techniques to support regulation and awareness
Space to rest, reset, or be gently challenged
This is not a one-size-fits-all practice.
It’s a responsive experience designed to support your body in the way it needs most.

A Quality of Life Analysis is a guided, non-clinical reflection that helps you understand how your daily life is actually feeling, not just how it looks on the surface.
We explore patterns across your routines, stress, energy, relationships, and inner dialogue to bring awareness to what’s supporting you and what may be quietly depleting you.
This is not about fixing you, it’s about helping you see clearly, so you can choose to adjust intentionally.
-
Sound healing uses instruments like crystal singing bowls to support deep relaxation and nervous system regulation.
The vibrations help quiet mental noise, soften physical tension, and create a space where your body can rest more deeply than it typically does on its own. Many people leave feeling lighter, clearer, and more grounded.
-
Comfortable clothing you can move and rest in
A yoga mat (available as needed)
Water or other nurturing refreshment
Anything that helps you feel supported (journal, pencil, blanket, etc.)
-
Sessions require 24-hour notice for cancellation or rescheduling.
This allows time to offer the space to someone else and honors the energy and preparation that goes into each session.
