Quality of Life Analysis (QLA)

The Quality of Life Analysis (QLA) is a coaching and reflective awareness tool. It is not a diagnostic instrument or clinical assessment. It is intended to support observation of patterns, insight development, and personal agency. All insights are descriptive rather than evaluative. Clients remain the expert of their own lived experience at all times.
