Become your own beacon…
Rebecca Jones is a Quality of Life Strategist, corporate analyst, yoga teacher, and guide whose work centers on coaching, education, and experiential wellness practices that cultivate self-awareness, emotional clarity, and sustainable alignment.
She blends structured insight with lived wisdom and grounded spirituality, helping individuals and organizations navigate meaningful change with steadiness and intention.
With over 15 years of experience across quality assurance, process improvement, customer experience, and associate wellbeing, Rebecca developed a natural ability to recognize patterns, stabilize systems, and translate complexity into clarity. Her work has consistently focused on improving quality of life, both within organizations and in personal transformation.
Alongside her corporate career, Rebecca moved through her own seasons of rebuilding. Through Ayurveda, yoga, trauma-informed education, nervous system awareness, and medical support, she came to understand that well-being is not a fixed outcome. It is an ongoing, practiced discipline.
She is the founder of Beacon Holistic Haven, where she offers non-clinical coaching and experiential wellness services through her Quality of Life framework. Her work supports a steady return to self through structure, reflection, and deep self-respect.

WHAT PEOPLE ARE SAYING
“Rebecca is not only an incredible teacher, but a truly wonderful human. She's a natural leader and has such a gift for holding space in a way that feels grounded, intentional, and deeply supportive. Throughout her class, she gently guided me out of my busy mind and back into connection with my body. You can feel her care and authenticity in every part of the experience. The sound bath at the end was absolutely beautiful and such a calming, healing close. I left feeling more present, relaxed, and connected. I can't recommend her enough!”

This is not about doing things perfectly, it’s about learning how to listen to yourself.
My personalized approach to yoga meets you where you are physically, mentally, and energetically.
While I often guide slow, grounding flows designed to support nervous system regulation, sessions can also be adapted to include more dynamic movement, including vinyasa, when your body is calling for strength, energy, or release.
You can expect:
Thoughtful, intentional movement tailored to your needs
Options ranging from slow flow and restorative to more active, strength-based sequences
Breathwork techniques to support regulation and awareness
Space to rest, reset, or be gently challenged
This is not a one-size-fits-all practice.
It’s a responsive experience designed to support your body in the way it needs most.

A Quality of Life Analysis is a guided, non-clinical reflection that helps you understand how your daily life is actually feeling, not just how it looks on the surface.
We explore patterns across your routines, stress, energy, relationships, and inner dialogue to bring awareness to what’s supporting you and what may be quietly depleting you.
This is not about fixing you, it’s about helping you see clearly, so you can choose to adjust intentionally.
-
Sound healing uses instruments like crystal singing bowls to support deep relaxation and nervous system regulation.
The vibrations help quiet mental noise, soften physical tension, and create a space where your body can rest more deeply than it typically does on its own. Many people leave feeling lighter, clearer, and more grounded.
-
Comfortable clothing you can move and rest in
A yoga mat (available as needed)
Water or other nurturing refreshment
Anything that helps you feel supported (journal, pencil, blanket, etc.)
-
Sessions require 24-hour notice for cancellation or rescheduling.
This allows time to offer the space to someone else and honors the energy and preparation that goes into each session.
